FAQ

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term derived from two root words, "Ayus," meaning life, and, "Vid," meaning knowledge. The system strives to not only heal the sick, but also to prevent illness and preserve quality of life by combining science with philosophy.
How does your company deal with sustainability issues?
Our herbal products are made from wild-crafted herbs without the use of any kind of fertilizer, pesticide or herbicide. We use clean source of energy and our packaging is also recyclable.
What sort of testing do you perform on your products?
Each batch of our product undergoes a series of stringent tests at our state-of-the-art facilities in the United States. These tests include: species identification, assay of the active compound (to ensure potency), heavy metals testing and microbiological analysis.
How safe are your products?
In addition to assay on potency our products are routinely tested for Heavy Metals and Microbiological parameters to make sure they meet our stringent purity standards. We follow all the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These norms prescribe stringent standards for quality control, traceability and more. When used as directed and in traditional formulas/doses, our Ayurvedic products have an excellent safety record.
Can your herbal products be taken safely along with prescription medications?
Generally, herbal supplements do not interfere with prescription drugs. However, it is recommended that you tell your health care practitioner which herbal (and other dietary) supplements you are taking. In some cases, herbal products may make it possible and desirable to reduce the dosage of the prescription medicine.  Also, some prescription drugs have adverse side effects that are more pronounced when combined in the body with the active components of some natural products.
Do you perform testing on animals?
No.
Do you provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes.
Should I consult a physician before taking an herbal supplement?
You should always consult a physician or other health care professional if you are seeking a diagnosis and/or treatment for any type of disease or disorder. An increasing number of doctors believe that herbal products are helpful in supporting the various structure-function aspects of human health, such as Blood Sugar Regulation and Joint Health.
Are herbs or herbal supplements habit forming?
We have not seen any of our products to be habit forming. Most people use these products when they need them and are easily able to stop without any problem, however, addiction can be psychological just as much it can be physiological. Kindly monitor your consumption, if you have an addictive personality.
